FAQ

If you lose a game can you play it several times within the 24 hour period to win. If so can you get the elite card?

Answer: Yes. You have 24 hours to beat a team. 

If I lose a game, can i play it within the timer without using the instant replay?

Answer: YES, if you choose to spend the tickets.

About the instant replays... you said that we can play a team several times within the 24 hour period, so I assume that means that the instant replay is to be used after the timer runs out. In that case, do we have to use it the very next day, or can we use it on a game that we lost weeks ago?

Answer: You can use the Instant Replay to replay any game that you have lost. It is a one time game, not a fresh 24hr timer

Are the bonus cards random? or do they scan your collection before placing those 5 cards for you to pick from?

Answer: The Pick-A-Player Bonus Cards are random and could be duplicates. The Ultimate Card earned if you do not have a perfect season is unique.

Can you use more than 1 Timeout at a time to further extend your timer?

Answer: You can use as many time outs at once as you want. If you know you are going to be on vacation for a week you can use 7 time outs to delay the mode for a week.

Can you Buy more Time Outs or Instant Replays?

Answer: YES, They are purchasable after you use the ones you currently have been given for free. They are for PFC only. Replays cost 10 PFC and Time Outs cost 20.

One of the rewards for winning an x amount of games is a Time Out or Instant Replay. What happens if you haven't used one yet? Does it get stored? There are only 3 + 2 slots for them in the game menu.

Answer: Just like in real football coaches dont have more than 3 time outs and 2 instant replays at a time, so if you have not used one then you do not get an additional one to stockpile. You have to think strategically and know when you want to use your time outs and replays if at all.
